WA Maritime Engineer Principal/Manager (J001025)

A Maritime Engineer Principal/Manager is required by an employee-owned industry leader to operate within the WA region and head up a Maritime team. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, this role will be initially focused on a major high profile project for the mining sector where the main responsibilities will involve technical leadership on a project due to continue for a further 2 years. On completion of this task, opportunities exist to advance into a management position within the WA Maritime division of this highly regarded global consultancy.

Whilst you will be provided with an existing workload, preference will be given to those who are also able to utilise local networks and relationships to further develop business opportunities. By working closely with clients, you will be heavily involved in the ongoing development of the maritime structures discipline across various offices and as such, this is a high profile opportunity.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 10-15 years industry experience
  • Knowledge of Maritime Structures (ideally), or Coastal/Port Planning expertise
