The Track division of our client requires a lead technical capability with a minimum of ten years direct experience in the areas of;

Track Geometry
Track Renewals & Modification
The role will involve dealing with clients in terms of ongoing technical matters and working on future tender delivery whilst also playing an active role in peer review and mentoring of more junior team members, of which there are three at present.
In terms of support, the structure includes a business manager and a client manager so the role will not include the general management of staff nor any business development responsibilities.
We are aware that due to the large amount of investment in the Rail market in Australia there is a perpetual demand on the resources in the industry and this has been compounded by a continuing stream of engineering firms wanting to build a Rail capability. When it comes to people moving roles in this industry choosing between the industry players is hard as it is difficult to differentiate between the opportunities they present. Often individuals will have to make the decision based on subjective opinions of colleague's and peers.
