With a focus on developing and maintaining long-term business relationships, the group delivers services to an extensive list of major public and private sector clients and is underpinned by traditional values, professionalism and enthusiastic staff.

The Role

The Senior Commercial Manager (Construction) will be focussing primarily on negotiating and mediating alliances for clients and taking responsibility for the orchestration of job costings. With this in mind, the successful candidate will be drawing on their extensive expertise in client management and a background in construction and/or consulting.

The Individual

To be eligible for this position, applicants will need:

• 15 + years experience in a commercial construction environment
• Demonstrable track record in negotiating commercial aspects of construction contracts and commercial operations
• Experience in Commercial Contract Administration & Estimating, particularly infrastructure projects
• Experience in Alliancing environments
