The Role
Our client is currently seeking a Project Engineer who is looking to move into a Project Manager role. You will have previous experience running teams of engineers and supervisors and have the ability to programme and plan works.
You will be required to:
- Provide technical support to more junior staff
- Assist in any commercial matters
- Tender and estimate on new projects
- Have previous experience on pipe line projects
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
Key attributes required
You will be adaptable to the range of management tasks needed to have successfully complete a project, and capable of operating in a busy environment. Success also requires good organisational skills and attention to detail. Above all, you’ll need to be enthusiastic!
Some of the key attributes you will require for the role will be:
- Superior people management qualities and excellent problem solving skills
- Local experience is essential for the role
- Excellent, interpersonal, organisational and 3-5 years experience in the civil site based industry
- Civil engineering degree
