The Role

As a result of continued success and growth across their business, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Estimator to lead the preparation of competitive and comprehensive tender submissions.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Assist the operations team in the analysis and recommendation of construction methods and selection of suitable subcontractors;
• Identify, detail and cost specific risks and opportunities associated with tender submissions;
• Support the development of process improvement across the pre-contract function;

To be successful in this key role, you must have:

• 10+ years experience in first principles estimating, covering a broad range of construction contracting forms;
• The ability to plan and execute accurate multi-disciplinary tender submissions;
• Australian construction / engineering industry experience;
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills with the ability to present to peers and senior management.
