The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of Engineers & Drafters to deliver projects within set budgets and timeframes
• Preparing and reviewing technical reports
• Attending client and design team meetings
• Collection, preparation and compilation of fee proposals and quotations for Clients
• Knowledge of various building designs including retail, commercial, industrial, residential and institutional etc.

To be eligible for this position, you will need:

• Minimum ten years Electrical Building Services experience in construction Industry
• Knowledge of Australian Standards, Building Code of Australia and QDC
• RPEQ (preferred)
• Ability to market and promote the firm to Queensland market
• Ability to resource projects and staff and have commercial understanding of projects
• Ability to establish and manage effective relationships with Clients and Consultants
