The Role

You will require Mechanical Construction Management experience in one of the following areas: materials handling, oil & gas or a heavy industrial environment. Reporting to the State Manager, this role will see you providing construction management support and assistance for the compilation of major projects and proposals for the Western region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Management of project resources so that productivity is maximised in a safe operating environment.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Managing the hazards within a crushing operation and ensuring all steps are taken to prevent accidents.
• Oversee the production of monthly reports and weekly and monthly forecasts.
• Ensure the project is managed profitably within the contract conditions.
• Continually seek ways to improve the project performance.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess similar Mechanical experience for multi-disciplinary projects from a trade or engineering background with a primary focus on structural, mechanical and piping work. You will have the ability to demonstrate initiative, along with excellent communication skills.
